Build questions
How long does assembly take?
Around 15–20 minutes — bikes arrive 90% built, so it’s mostly the bars, pedals and saddle.
What tools do I need?
Just Allen keys and a spanner — or add our home toolkit which has everything.
How do I tell the left and right pedals apart?
They’re marked L and R — the left pedal tightens anti-clockwise. The build video shows exactly how.
Should I get it professionally checked?
Yes — we always recommend a final safety check by a qualified bike mechanic before the first ride.
