We send it out – The new bike arrives at your door, boxed and ready to go.

Return the old one – Pop the old bike into the same box and send it back to us, free of charge.

We refund you – Once we’ve checked it over and confirmed it’s in the agreed condition, we refund the trade-in value directly to you.
