Our Story
Who We Are
Shyre Bikes is a family-run brand from Shropshire, founded by parents Kev & Michelle to get more kids riding.
We launched with the Shyre Hopton range in 2024 – which sold out – and are now introducing the Shyre Myndie balance bike, inspired by the Long Mynd, for riders aged 18 months+.
Next up is the Shyre Eastie, named after Eastridge, our first kids’ mountain bike with disc brakes and front suspension.
OUR MISSION
We believe childhood should be more rolling, less scrolling. Many of us remember life before screens, riding with friends until sunset, knowing where everyone was by the pile of bikes outside a house or park. Today the streets are quieter and kids are indoors. Shyre exists to bring that freedom back, so the next generation can enjoy the adventures we once did.
We create bikes that families can trust, built with care, made to last, and priced fairly. Every design choice reflects our commitment to quality, safety, and value, so more children can experience the joy of riding without compromise.
