When is the last order date for Christmas delivery?
Order by 18 December for guaranteed UK delivery before Christmas. We recommend ordering early as popular sizes sell out.
What size bike should I buy for my child?
Inside leg measurement matters more than age. Use our size guide, or message us with your child's height and inside leg and we will recommend the right bike.
Will the box give the surprise away?
Bikes arrive in a branded Shyre box but you can choose an alternative delivery address. Tracking is available so you can best plan the delivery.
How much assembly is needed?
Very little. Most bikes just need the handlebars and pedals fitting, which takes around 15 minutes. Follow our step by step build and ride guides.
Can I return or exchange after Christmas?
Yes. Christmas orders have an extended returns window, so if the size is not quite right you can swap it in the new year.
